Social Security Scotland SPM Framework Agreement for Development Services

Social Security Scotland is seeking suppliers to establish a Framework Agreement for development services supporting the Curam Social Program Management (SPM) platform. The framework consists of two lots: Lot 1 (SPM Projects) provides end-to-end project delivery services for small, medium, and large-scale initiatives where the supplier assumes full responsibility; Lot 2 (SPM Resources) supplies individual or team resources for backfill and dedicated roles, with Social Security Scotland retaining overall service delivery accountability. This framework will support the business and technology operations of the SPM platform.
