Integrated Maintenance Services for LDA Residential Properties Across Ireland

The Land Development Agency (LDA) is seeking qualified service providers to establish a multi-supplier framework for comprehensive maintenance and management of its residential property portfolio across Ireland. The framework will deliver integrated maintenance services including planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, emergency repairs, mechanical and electrical work, minor building works, and statutory compliance activities for occupied residential developments and common areas. The opportunity is divided into three geographic lots: Lot 1 covers Dublin and Leinster; Lot 2 covers Cork and Munster; and Lot 3 covers Galway and Connacht. Suppliers may apply for one, multiple, or all lots based on their capability and service area. The framework will support both existing LDA residential assets and new developments added to the portfolio during the contract period.
