Print Publishing Services Contract for Legislation

The National Archives seeks a Print Publishing Supplier to manage all aspects of legislation printing and publishing services. The contract will run for an initial 2-year period with three optional 12-month extensions (2+1+1+1), with an estimated maximum value of £4,200,000 (including VAT) over the full 5-year term. Key Responsibilities: - Print and produce legislation, associated documents, annual bound volumes, legislative effects, Chronological Tables, and correction slips to statutory standards and prescribed deadlines - Manage all print production aspects and quality control - Fulfil all order management and customer service functions, including sales, payment processing, enquiry handling, complaints resolution, despatch, and record keeping - Administer financial charges for online publishing on behalf of government departments, including invoicing, payment collection, and quarterly transfers of fees to The National Archives - Monitor and report overdue invoices to The National Archives The Print Publishing Supplier must meet exacting quality standards and non-negotiable delivery deadlines as this is a statutory requirement.
