    Brief

Cork County Council is establishing a multi-party framework agreement to provide occupational therapy assessment and reporting services for housing adaptation grant applications. The framework supports two schemes: Housing Adaptation Grants for Older People and People with a Disability (private homes), and Disabled Persons Grant Schemes (local authority homes). Occupational therapists will assess applicant needs, evaluate required adaptations, and submit written reports to the Council. The framework will be divided into 10 geographic lots covering Cork County Council's administrative area, with each lot further subdivided into two separate frameworks (one for private homes, one for local authority homes). Cork County Council will appoint 10 or more qualified economic operators per lot, subject to meeting minimum criteria. Selected suppliers will be called off using a rotation method based on terms in the framework agreement. The framework agreement will run for a maximum of 4 years. Applicants can specify which geographic lot(s) they wish to service (detailed map provided). This is a competitive procurement process open to suitably qualified occupational therapy service providers.
