Audio Visual Hardware and Software Contractor for Digital Collections Loan System

The British Library is seeking an experienced Audio Visual Hardware and Software Contractor to design, develop, and deliver a complete solution for supporting the loan of digital collections. The scope includes: (1) physical structure and casing to house and protect equipment, (2) hardware components necessary for audio-visual playback and distribution, and (3) software applications to manage the digital collection loan process, track usage, and facilitate user access. The contractor will work with the Library to ensure the solution integrates with existing systems, meets preservation and accessibility standards, and provides a reliable platform for patrons to borrow and use digital content.
