Healthy Lives Dynamic Purchasing Vehicle - Category 3 Round 13: Community Health and Wellbeing Projects

This is Round 13 of the Healthy Lives Dynamic Purchasing Vehicle, which invites suppliers to bid on Category 3 projects focused on community initiatives for health and wellbeing. The purchasing vehicle operates through periodic bidding rounds that open and close at the Authority's discretion throughout its lifetime. Round 13 will be open for 28 calendar days. New or previously unsuccessful suppliers can submit bids in any round. A new round typically opens within 48 hours of the previous round closing (excluding bank holidays and weekends), though occasional delays may occur. Suppliers can submit applications at any time during the vehicle's operation, but the Authority will only process applications when each round closes. Round lengths vary throughout the vehicle's lifetime, with rounds closing at least once every 24 months.
