Local Government and Firefighters Pension Administration Services

Rhondda Cynon Taf (RCT) Council is seeking a hosted Pension Payroll and Pension Administration Solution to support its role as an Administering Body for the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) in Wales. RCT manages the largest LGPS Fund in Wales, serving over 84,000 members across 70 participating employers. Additionally, the Pension Team administers the Firefighters Pension Scheme (FPS) for the South Wales Fire & Rescue Authority. The solution must support comprehensive pension administration, payroll processing, and member services for both schemes, with the capacity to handle a large and complex membership base across multiple organizations.
