Risk Management System for NHS Health Board

Hywel Dda University Health Board (HDUHB) is procuring a risk ledger software solution to help manage cyber security and supplier risks across their digital operations. The system will support 5 internal users in monitoring and assessing approximately 200 third-party digital suppliers, including those providing clinical systems, cloud services, medical devices, and data processing functions. This procurement responds to recent audit findings highlighting gaps in cyber security and supplier assurance, and aligns with Digital Health and Care Wales (DHCW) standards and NHS Wales best practices. The successful solution will enable HDUHB to identify, assess, and actively manage the cyber, data protection, and operational risks associated with their essential third-party digital dependencies.
