Reducing Teacher Workload Through Technology Solutions

Teachers face increasingly heavy workloads, expectations, and demands, but we lack comprehensive understanding of how these challenges manifest across different contexts. This opportunity seeks innovative technology solutions to reduce teacher workload by first deeply understanding the varied experiences of teachers at different career stages, in different school settings (primary, secondary, etc.), and in different roles (classroom teachers, principals, department heads, management). Successful solutions should be based on genuine insights into teachers' actual needs and pain points, resulting in products that teachers actively want to use and deliver measurable workload reduction. We are looking for suppliers who can either conduct research to better understand teacher workload challenges, develop technology products informed by this research, or both, with the goal of creating practical, adoptable solutions that genuinely improve teachers' working lives.
