Landscaping and Kerb Modifications Contract

This contract opportunity involves two main areas: soft landscaping and hard landscaping. For soft landscaping, we are looking for a subcontractor to assist with the removal of existing undergrowth on a steep embankment (approximately 1150m2) and replanting with hedera hibernica. The work will be conducted near critical infrastructure, including high-pressure fire suppression systems and live traffic areas, so safety and compliance are paramount. The selected supplier will be responsible for providing fertilizer, weed suppression mats, an irrigation system (including design), and the planting of new vegetation. For hard landscaping, the project includes laying a permeable black tarmac surface for an evacuation area (approximately 370m2), modifying road kerbs and furniture, and installing edge protection and security fencing.
