The Authority operates a bus network of approximately 550 vehicles across multiple operators and seeks to maintain a Real-Time Passenger Information (RTPI) Data Management System. This system is essential for passenger confidence, supporting modal shift to public transport, and meeting national open data standards. Key requirements: • Single, authoritative source for timetable and real-time passenger information • Minimal operational burden on a small internal team • Consistent, high-quality data distribution across multiple channels and platforms • Scalability to support network expansion to approximately 900 vehicles This is a call-off contract from the GCA G-Cloud 14 Framework (RM1557.14). The contract is awarded on a 3+1 year basis, with the stated value covering the full potential 4-year term. Note: Following government decisions on unitary local government restructuring in Norfolk and the establishment of a Mayoral Strategic Authority for Norfolk and Suffolk, this contract may be transferred, assigned, or novated to successor authorities or joint bodies. The council or successor authorities may also procure services on behalf of other local authorities within Norfolk's current geographical area.
