Employer's Agent for Village Hall Refurbishment

The Dodleston Village Hall Project Steering Group, representing the Dodleston Village Foundation (a non-profit organization) and the Parish Council, is initiating a significant refurbishment of the Village Hall. This project aims to extend the hall's lifespan, improve accessibility, modernize facilities, and enhance energy efficiency. The Village Hall serves as a vital community resource for public meetings, social events, private functions, health and wellbeing activities, cultural events, and is home to Dodleston Pre-school. Funding will come from a combination of a Parish Council grant, other grants (such as from The Lottery), and community fundraising efforts. The appointed Employer's Agent (EA) will represent the Project Steering Group to ensure the project meets its goals regarding cost, quality, timeline, and compliance. The EA will serve as the main point of contact between the Project Group, the Parish Council, the Dodleston Village Foundation, and the design and construction teams.
