Finance Management Software Tender

Hull College is inviting bids for the provision of Financial Management Software services. We are looking for a supplier to provide, implement, and support a comprehensive, cloud-based Finance System solution that meets our operational needs. The new system should enhance efficiency, streamline financial processes, improve financial reporting, and integrate seamlessly with our existing IT infrastructure. This initiative aims to modernize our financial management capabilities while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory and financial standards. Tenderers must demonstrate that their system has been successfully used in similarly sized organizations, preferably in the Further Education sector, and that they offer high-quality end-user support. The supplier is expected to commit to ongoing research and development of the system throughout the 3-year contract to keep up with technological and financial advancements, allowing for upgrades and user-customized screens with minimal disruption.
