National School of Government Learning and Training Services Contracts

The Cabinet Office is establishing a National School of Government and Public Services to provide centralised Civil Service learning and training. Two contracts are being awarded to KPMG LLP and Ernst & Young LLP to deliver training services during the transition to the National School, which will officially launch following the expiry of existing contracts in January 2027. These contracts will replace the suppliers' current agreements and accelerate the transition while improving value for money. The services will be available to all central government departments, non-ministerial departments, executive agencies, civil service bodies, government-owned companies, and non-departmental public bodies. The contract values are estimates with no guaranteed minimum volumes. The services cover high-quality learning and development across priority areas including digital, artificial intelligence, leadership, and management skills across the Civil Service.
