Apprenticeship Training Services Framework - North Northamptonshire Council

North Northamptonshire Council is undertaking preliminary market engagement to establish a new apprenticeship training services framework agreement. This initiative aims to consolidate multiple existing apprenticeship contracts into a single, coordinated framework to improve efficiency, governance, and strategic oversight. The framework will support workforce development aligned with the Council's Corporate Plan priorities of supporting communities, improving resident outcomes, and enhancing service delivery. The framework will cover a broad range of apprenticeship standards across multiple service areas including Agriculture and Environmental, Business Management, Catering and Hospitality, Construction, Digital and Marketing, Education and Early Years, Engineering and Manufacturing, Health and Care Services, Legal, Finance, Accounting and Procurement, and Protective Services. Sub-lotting may be applied to allow suppliers to specialize in specific areas. The Council invites market feedback before publishing the procurement, which is expected in Q3 2026. Suppliers interested in delivering apprenticeship training services should engage during this preliminary consultation phase.
