Flood Risk Study for Maulden and Clophill

Central Bedfordshire Council (CBC) is inviting proposals for a comprehensive flood risk study in the rural areas of Maulden and Clophill. These areas are interconnected and face complex flooding issues from various sources, including rivers, surface water, groundwater, and sewer systems. The goal of this study is to create a solid evidence base that will inform future flood risk management strategies, enhance community resilience, and support planning decisions. The Council will assist you throughout the quotation process by providing necessary information. All questions and answers will be shared with all bidders to ensure fairness. If you have any questions or need clarification, please use the Correspondence feature in the In-tend electronic tendering system. The deadline for submitting questions is September 10, 2025. Quotations and any required attachments must be submitted electronically through the In-tend system by the deadline of September 16, 2025, at 12:00 PM. Quotations submitted via the correspondence feature will not be accepted. Late submissions will be excluded from consideration.
