Rope Access Façade Surveys for Curtain Walling and Glazing

Swindon Borough Council is seeking qualified contractors or consultants to conduct a series of rope access condition surveys on the curtain walling, cladding, and glazing of the David Murray John Building located at SN1 1LH, Swindon. The project involves: - Conducting surveys using rope access methods only. - Analyzing the collected data to create a detailed defects schedule. - Preparing and submitting a comprehensive survey report based on the provided brief. The initial contract includes 6 surveys, with the possibility of extending to a total of 12 surveys if required by the Council. Interested suppliers must register on the ProContract platform at www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk to express their interest and access the tender documents. Any questions regarding the tender should be submitted in writing via the ProContract messaging system by 12:00 PM UK time on March 7, 2025. Tender responses must be submitted by 12:00 PM UK time on March 14, 2025, through the ProContract portal. Note that all relevant documents are available exclusively on the Supplying the South West Portal. Tender submissions will not be considered unless all documents are completed and returned as instructed.
