Security and Surveillance Equipment and Services Framework

ESPO, a public sector-owned professional buying organisation, is conducting preliminary market engagement to establish a framework agreement for security and surveillance solutions. The framework will cover a comprehensive range of products and services including: CCTV systems for public and private spaces, access control systems, intruder detection systems, integrated security systems, automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) cameras, body-worn cameras, and independent security consultancy services. This framework will be available to the wider public sector at no cost. This is a pre-procurement market engagement phase; formal tender documentation is not yet available. Interested suppliers are encouraged to provide input during this preliminary consultation stage.
