Deep Tech Leadership Training Programme - Lead Provider Required

The Royal Academy of Engineering is seeking an experienced lead training provider for a two-year contract to design and deliver a comprehensive growth training programme for leaders of deep tech SMEs preparing to scale. The programme comprises seven integrated training modules targeting up to 15 founders and C-suite executives from UK-based deep tech companies at pre-scale-up stage. Key responsibilities include: coordinating overall programme delivery, ensuring quality and coherence across all modules, integrating content across the seven modules, managing reporting, and working collaboratively with Academy partner organisations who will contribute to specific modules. The training must be practical and grounded in real scaling challenges, incorporating peer learning, reflection, and tailored support. The programme will help participants strengthen leadership capabilities for managing fast-growing organisations, expand market understanding, refine strategic thinking, and develop robust growth plans suited to deep tech business ambitions. Successful provider must foster a unified delivery approach across all trainers and module partners to create a seamless participant experience. Participants will have diverse sector backgrounds and strong motivation for peer learning and practical business support.
