External Consultancy Partner for Teaching Excellence Capability Development - University of Manchester

The University of Manchester, a large research-intensive institution, is seeking an external consultancy partner to support a discovery and design phase aimed at strengthening its approach to teaching excellence. The engagement will focus on four key outcomes: (1) defining and proposing a coherent, scalable institutional capability and practice using human-centred service design; (2) developing an evidence-based business case for future investment; (3) creating a detailed implementation plan with resource requirements to drive engagement, momentum, and practical learning; and (4) embedding service design and iterative delivery methodologies (test/learn/scale) throughout the process.
