Denbighshire County Council Reactive Maintenance Framework Agreement

Denbighshire County Council is seeking to appoint suppliers to a framework agreement for day-to-day reactive and associated general minor building, electrical, and mechanical services maintenance to be provided to the Council's non-domestic public buildings. The framework is divided into six lots based on service type (building works, electrical maintenance, or mechanical maintenance) and geographic location (North or South Denbighshire). Bidders may apply for one or multiple lots. The estimated total value over the framework duration is £6 million. Evaluation will be based on 70% price and 30% quality criteria.
