    Highland Council is awarding contracts for Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) inspections and related electrical works across the Highland Council Area. The contract is divided into four geographical lots, with one contractor appointed per lot based on the Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT) evaluation. Lot 1 covers Inverness & Nairn; Lot 2 covers Skye & Lochalsh and Ross & Cromarty; Lot 3 covers Caithness & Sutherland; and Lot 4 covers Lochaber, Badenoch and Strathspey. The initial contract term is 24 months, with the option for multiple extensions of up to 24 months each, subject to mutual agreement. Extensions require written notice from the Council at least 3 months before the current contract expiration date.
