Independent Project Monitor for SETU Capital Works Construction Project

South East Technological University (SETU) seeks an Independent Project Monitor to oversee a major capital construction project. The successful candidate will be appointed by and report directly to SETU's Governing Body, providing independent, professional oversight throughout the project lifecycle from initiation through completion and handover. Key responsibilities include quarterly reporting (or as required) on project budget, programme, quality, and delivery status, offering high-level observations and strategic advice.
