    Brief

    SEAI seeks a service provider to develop and maintain a comprehensive database of vehicles available for sale in Ireland, accessible through an API interface. The database must provide accurate, up-to-date information on all new vehicle makes, models, and trim levels. Essential vehicle categories include M1 (cars) and N1 (light commercial vehicles). Desirable additions include L category (motorcycles/mopeds), N2 (medium commercial vehicles), and HGVs (heavy goods vehicles). The data must be easily accessible to authorized users via API integration. This procurement follows an open procedure that did not yield suitable submissions. SEAI is now conducting a Negotiated Procedure Without Prior Publication to award this contract.
