    Brief

The Metropolitan Police Service is seeking qualified construction contractors for a multi-lot building works framework agreement running through 2026. This framework will replace the existing agreement and provide access to construction services across the Metropolitan Police estate through 9 specialized lots. The scope includes a wide range of capital works such as internal refurbishment and fit-out, alterations and extensions, mechanical and electrical installation, fabric repairs, new build projects, asbestos removal, electronic security systems, and demolition works. Contractors can bid for individual lots or multiple lots depending on their capabilities. Associated services and design options are available for eligible projects. This framework is being managed by the Metropolitan Police Service on behalf of the Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC), the Contracting Authority. For strategic context, refer to the Metropolitan Police Estate Strategy 2025-2035.
