Family Support Services for Individuals Affected by Substance Use in Inverclyde

Inverclyde Health and Social Care Partnership and the Inverclyde Alcohol and Drug Partnership seek a service provider to deliver Family Support Services for adults and young people aged 16 and over in Inverclyde who are affected by the substance use of a family member, partner, friend, or loved one. The service recognises that substance use significantly impacts family members and provides support regardless of whether the affected person is in active use, treatment, or recovery. The service must be trauma-informed, family-inclusive, human rights-based, and recovery-oriented. Key services include: early intervention and prevention, emotional and peer support, education and advocacy, bereavement support, family recovery interventions, and pathways to additional community-based support. The goal is to improve outcomes for individuals, families, and communities across Inverclyde by placing families at the centre of all activity.
