Adult Short Breaks Respite Care Service

This is an invitation to tender for an Adult Short Breaks Service providing respite care for adults with learning disabilities and profound/multiple learning disabilities. The service will deliver person-centered, outcome-focused care to empower service users while giving family carers essential breaks from their caring responsibilities. Service delivery options include building-based support, outreach services, and emergency placements where assessed as necessary. The service operates 24/7 and must support a minimum of 170 people annually. The contract includes a 12-week mobilisation period followed by 5 years of service delivery, with a potential 3-year extension.
