Housing and Asset Management System Replacement - Supplier Market Engagement

Rooftop Housing Group, a leading social housing provider managing approximately 7,000 homes across South Worcestershire and North Gloucestershire, is conducting market engagement to inform the procurement of a new integrated Housing and Asset Management system. The new contract will commence in early 2028. This is a non-binding market exploration exercise designed to gather supplier insights on system capabilities, delivery models, integration options, data migration approaches, costs, implementation timescales, and social value opportunities. It does not constitute a formal procurement process or commitment to proceed. Rooftop invites interested suppliers to participate in structured system demonstrations scheduled for the week commencing 21 September 2026 (subject to change) at their Evesham office. Demonstrations will run full-day with housing management (09:00-12:00) and asset management (13:00-16:00) sessions. Participation is limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Participants should note that engagement will not influence future procurement evaluation, and no preferential treatment will be granted.
