Independent Careers Advice and Guidance Service for Academy Trusts

Outwood Grange Academies Trust is seeking a single qualified provider to deliver independent, impartial careers education, information, advice, and guidance (CEIAG) across its primary and secondary academies. The provider must meet all statutory requirements including the Baker Clause and deliver against all eight Gatsby Benchmarks. Key responsibilities include: delivering one-to-one careers interviews and group sessions for Years 9, 11, and 12 students; providing targeted support for vulnerable students; managing transitions and tracking student destinations post-KS4; organizing employer encounters and careers fairs; supporting academies in achieving the Careers Quality Mark; providing student tracking systems and reporting to academy and Trust leadership. The successful provider will assign a dedicated qualified Careers Advisor for core delivery based on cohort sizes, provide a named Account Manager for contract oversight, demonstrate capacity to scale with Trust growth, ensure full compliance with safer recruitment and GDPR requirements, and deliver measurable social value within academy communities. This is a single-provider contract with flexible pricing models to support future expansion.
