The National Highways is seeking a contractor to support and evaluate the Lorry Parking Improvements Scheme. The contractor will lead several work packages, including: 1. **Project Inception**: Schedule an initial meeting with the project team and create Project Initiation Documentation (PID), which includes a project plan, stakeholder engagement plan, and risk register.
