Addiction Healthcare Data Roadmap Development

The Department of Health and Social Care is seeking a supplier to draft a UK Addiction Research Data Roadmap as part of the Addiction Healthcare Goals (AHG) programme. This initiative aims to position the UK as a leader in addiction treatment innovation by enhancing collaboration among researchers, industry, the NHS, and the Third Sector. The focus is on improving the utilization of addiction healthcare data in research to create effective treatments, enhance lives, and mitigate the broader impacts of drug and alcohol addiction. The selected supplier will identify key data sets, outline research challenges related to addiction healthcare data, and propose viable solutions. The contract is for a duration of 7 months, with an estimated value of £327,820 (excluding VAT), and a potential maximum value of £500,000 (excluding VAT). The deadline for submissions is July 7, 2025.
