The successful organisation should be locally embedded with an established presence in Dudley or the Black Country, with demonstrated experience supporting vulnerable populations into work. As a commissioned provider, you will operate as part of a unified borough-wide system rather than as a standalone service, working collaboratively with council in-house teams and other partner organisations. Key responsibilities include participating in shared referral and triage processes, aligning your delivery model with the Connect to Work framework, and sharing accountability for service quality, fidelity standards, and continuous improvement across the integrated partnership.
