Town Hall Toilet Refurbishment

Bawtry Town Council is seeking contractors to refurbish the public toilets at the Town Hall community centre. The project involves removing all existing sanitary fixtures and installing a new layout that includes one accessible toilet, one female toilet with three stalls and associated washbasins, and one male toilet with two stalls, two urinals, and associated washbasins. New flooring will also be installed, including in the entrance/foyer area adjacent to the toilets. A detailed contract specification is provided in the tender documents. The project schedule will be agreed upon before work begins, and grant funding is being pursued, which may impact the start date. Contractors should refer to the layout document included in the tender documents. Tenders must be submitted electronically to theclerk@bawtrytowncouncil.gov.uk, clearly marked with 'TENDER DOCUMENTS NOT TO BE OPENED BEFORE 5pm Friday 9th January 2026.' The Council reserves the right to reject any tender submitted in violation of this instruction. Tenders must remain valid for 90 days.
