Heating Systems Maintenance and Repair Services

GreenSquareAccord (GSA) is looking for suppliers to provide comprehensive heating system inspection, servicing, repair, and replacement services. The selected supplier will support GSA's heating team with annual servicing and offer 24/7 maintenance and repair services for GSA's properties. This includes all properties within GSA's designated areas. The heating and hot water systems primarily use natural gas, but may also include various fuel types such as oil, LPG, air source heat pumps, and solar thermal systems. The supplier will handle repairs beyond the standard maintenance coverage, which may involve full or partial replacements of heating and hot water systems. The contract encompasses all aspects of heating and hot water systems, including: domestic gas repairs (both emergency and routine), medium duration repairs, replacement of gas/oil boilers, system upgrades, commercial gas repairs, heat pump servicing and repairs, solar heating repairs, and landlord gas safety inspections. Suppliers must also provide necessary certification and documentation for completed work.
