Audio Visual Solutions Supply and Maintenance Framework

Hampshire County Council is seeking experienced organizations to submit tenders for the supply and maintenance of audio visual solutions. This framework agreement will start on June 2, 2025, and will last for four years. Interested suppliers must register on the In-Tend website at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hampshire and submit their tender documents along with any required supporting information by 2:00 PM on April 1, 2025. To access the tender documents, log into In-Tend, navigate to 'Tenders', select 'Current', and click 'View Details' on the relevant tender advertisement. Then, click the 'Express Interest' tab. You will find five tabs: 'Tender', 'ITT - documents', 'Correspondence', 'Clarifications', and 'History'. Click on the 'ITT - documents' tab to view and download the necessary documents under 'Tender Details'. It is crucial to download and read all documents carefully. Suppliers must 'Opt In' to access the 'My Tender Return' section to begin filling out their responses. Additionally, 'Opt In' is required to view and complete the project questionnaire. The 'Opt Out' option is available throughout the tender process, allowing suppliers to stop receiving communications regarding this tender and provide feedback on their decision. Suppliers can choose to 'Opt In' at any time during the process if they initially opted out.
