Community Pavilion Expansion Project

Winterton Town Council is seeking suppliers for the expansion of the Winterton Community Pavilion. This project will be completed in two phases: Phase 1 involves constructing a storage facility for plant and machinery, while Phase 2 will include building a new office and clubhouse for the junior football team. Planning permission and building regulations have been approved by North Lincolnshire Council, and the council has three years to commence the work. The internal fire door from the main hall has already been completed. We request two separate quotes for Phase 1 and Phase 2. Funding is secured for Phase 1, but we are still seeking funding for Phase 2. Interested suppliers should apply to the clerk at rfo@wintertoncouncil.co.uk.
