Repair, Maintenance and Void Property Services Framework

This is a framework agreement for repair, maintenance and void property services across four geographic regions (Central/North, Central/South, Southern, and Highland). The framework includes both ranked multi-trade lots and unranked single-trade lots for each region, allowing flexibility in supplier selection. Services encompass: routine and cyclical maintenance, void property turnover, planned component replacement, emergency out-of-hours and 24/7/365-day cover, electrical maintenance lighting servicing, PAT testing, smoke detector servicing, and electrical installation condition reports (EICRs). Suppliers can bid for multi-trade lots covering all service types or specialized single-trade lots focusing on specific services. This framework is designed to provide comprehensive property maintenance solutions with round-the-clock emergency response capability.
