Annual Staff Survey Services

The Financial Reporting Council (FRC), the UK's regulator of auditors, accountants, and actuaries, is seeking a supplier to deliver comprehensive annual employee survey services for an initial term of four years. The FRC uses staff surveys to measure employee satisfaction, gather feedback on roles, working environment, leadership, and organizational culture, and identify insights on motivation, performance, inclusion, and development. The successful supplier will deliver a complete end-to-end service including survey design, administration, analysis of findings, and reporting. Additional pulse surveys on specific topics may be required during the year. Interested suppliers should register their interest and direct tender queries to procurement@frc.org.uk.
