The London Universities Purchasing Consortium (LUPC), on behalf of the UK Universities Purchasing Consortia (UKUPC), is establishing a Framework Agreement to connect UK universities with qualified maintenance service suppliers. This framework provides participating institutions with reliable access to comprehensive building maintenance solutions including building fabric maintenance, mechanical/electrical/plumbing (MEP) maintenance, planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, grounds maintenance, and minor works projects. Services are available on planned, reactive, or project bases to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operation of university buildings and estates. The framework is divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers general Maintenance and Associated Works, while Lot 2 specializes in MEP Maintenance. Call-off contracts use the NEC4 Facilities Management Contract with Service Orders for maintenance activities and Project Orders for minor works and projects. This is an excellent opportunity for maintenance service providers to establish long-term agreements with multiple UK universities.
