NHS WorkWell Central Hub Service - South West Peninsula Coaching Contract

WorkWell is a nationally commissioned early-intervention service providing work and health coaching to people across England whose mental or physical health impacts their ability to work. This opportunity is for the hub service strand of WorkWell in the South West peninsula region, covering Cornwall, Devon, and the Isles of Scilly. The successful contractor will employ and manage a core coaching team to deliver light-touch, holistic, and personalised coaching and support services to participants across the entire region. The service is designed to prevent health-related work exits and support rapid return to work before people become economically inactive. Contract period: April 2027 to March 2031. This procurement is being led by NHS Cornwall & Isles of Scilly on behalf of both local Integrated Care Boards (ICBs).
