Main Contractor Needed for Brunton Wharf Residential Development

The London Borough of Tower Hamlets is seeking a main contractor for a 2-stage Design & Build project to construct 32 affordable rent residential units on the Brunton Wharf Estate in Limehouse. The contractor will work on a PCSA Agreement basis, progressing from RIBA Stage 3+ information to a fixed price contract. The development includes new amenity spaces, child play facilities, enhanced estate security upgrades, and improvements to the existing under-croft parking. As the scheme qualifies as a High-Risk Building under the Building Safety Act, all regulatory requirements must be met. The design has been revised to comply with recent regulatory changes introduced by the Building Safety Act. This is a significant infrastructure project combining residential development with estate-wide improvements.
