    Brief

This project involves comprehensive electrical infrastructure upgrades at the Royal University Hospital's Outpatient Department (OPD). Work includes installing a new distribution board, running new supply cable from the main distribution board on the ground floor of the main hospital building to the OPD, and replacing all existing general services and lighting systems. The scope encompasses installation of new general lighting, emergency lighting, and data points throughout the department. Existing electrical services will be stripped out where feasible to facilitate the upgrade. New low voltage (LV) and extra low voltage (ELV) cable containment systems will be installed in the building's attic space to support modern electrical distribution. This project is suitable for electrical contractors with experience in healthcare facility upgrades and complex building rewiring projects.
