Ventilated Diving Equipment and Mobile Hyperbaric Chamber for Ukraine

Chemonics Group UK Ltd is seeking qualified suppliers to provide ventilated diving equipment and a mobile hyperbaric decompression chamber for delivery to Chernihiv Region, Ukraine, as part of the Partnership Fund for a Resilient Ukraine Phase 2 (PFRU-2) program. This procurement is divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers the mobile hyperbaric decompression chamber, and Lot 2 covers ventilated diving equipment and associated systems. Bidders may submit proposals for one or both lots. All equipment must be delivered on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis under Incoterms 2020, with delivery required within 8 weeks of Purchase Order receipt. Contract awards will be made using a pass/fail technical evaluation, with the lowest priced technically compliant bid selected in accordance with the Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT) principle. Detailed technical specifications and submission requirements are outlined in the Invitation to Tender (ITT) documentation. Electronic tenders must be submitted to PMU-UKR-PFRU@chemonics.com by 20 July 2026 at 17:00 UK time, with technical and financial proposals submitted separately as per ITT instructions.
