Brief

This is a term contract opportunity for preparation, repair, and upgrading of vacant residential properties to ready them for re-letting across four designated contract areas. The scope includes routine repairs as well as selective modernization work such as kitchen, bathroom, and window replacements where authorized. The property portfolio ranges from bedsits to seven-bedroom houses and sheltered cottages to five-storey apartment blocks, spread across urban and rural locations within seven major towns and surrounding villages. The Employer reserves the right to modify the property list by excluding transferred properties or adding newly acquired properties during the contract term. Where properties involve shared ownership or communal areas, the contractor must complete repairs benefiting council tenants in accordance with the Mixed Tenure Repairs Protocol. The estimated contract value covers a four-year and seven-month period across all lots.
