Rail Depot and Stabling Infrastructure - Three-Lot Procurement at Coventry, Northampton, and Tyseley

This procurement comprises three separate work contracts for rail depot and infrastructure projects across the UK. Lot 1 at Coventry Carriage Sidings will develop a stabling and light maintenance facility for up to ten 3-car Class 730 units, including servicing facilities, welfare amenities, electrical systems, and track works. Lot 2 at Northampton Riverside will provide CET evacuation, train servicing, and improved driver access infrastructure for trains in the sidings. Lot 3 at Tyseley Road 12 will deliver a permanent embedded track fuel apron and servicing infrastructure to replace temporary arrangements. The procurement uses a competitive flexible procedure with a two-stage delivery model: Stage 1 involves PCSA services for design completion and works package pricing; Stage 2 involves award of an NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract on a lump-sum basis. Bidders may submit tenders for any combination of lots, and must demonstrate adequate financial standing and capacity for the lot(s) they bid for. The Authority reserves the right to limit awards based on bidder financial capability.
