People Workstream: Organizational Roles, Responsibilities and Operating Procedures

Nuclear Restoration Services requires support to develop detailed designs and documentation for future functional responsibilities, organizational roles, and operational procedures. This work will prepare for testing of the Target Operating Model in July. The engagement includes defining new organizational structures across the Centre, Enablers, and Sites; establishing clear accountability frameworks (RACI); mapping interfaces between business units; and identifying operational gaps to facilitate smooth implementation and stakeholder engagement. The successful contractor will deliver comprehensive documentation that enables the organization to transition to the new operating model effectively.
