IT Onsite Support and Infrastructure Services for UK British Council Offices

The British Council seeks a supplier to provide End User Computing (EUC) and on-site IT support services across its UK estate. The primary location is the headquarters in Stratford, with physical presence required in Manchester and primarily remote support for Belfast, Cardiff, Edinburgh, and Coventry offices, including occasional site visits. The supplier will work alongside the British Council's Digital and Technology team to deliver desk-side support, hands-on infrastructure assistance, and on-site troubleshooting where remote resolution by the Global Service Desk or Central Infrastructure Team is not feasible. The initial contract term is 3 years with optional extensions of up to 4 additional years. Interested suppliers must complete and sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Procurement-Specific Questionnaire (Annex 2) to gain access to the full tender documentation and supporting materials.
