Cleanroom Mop Supply, Processing and Maintenance Services

CGTC seeks a qualified supplier to provide cleanroom mops through purchase or rental arrangement, including processing, maintenance, and ongoing support for cleaning operations at SMIC facility. The supplier will replace current third-party contractor services and must ensure full GMP and GLP compliance with contamination control standards. Current requirements include approximately 2,000 mops in active circulation with 1,000 units processed weekly, though the supplier must accommodate flexible demand changes. All mops must be dry, non-impregnated, and double-wrapped minimum, meeting GMP grade B-D cleanroom specifications with supporting certificates of conformity and sterility assurance documentation. The selected supplier must provide comprehensive training and technical support available both in-person and remotely as needed throughout the contract term.
