    Brief

    Powys Teaching Health Board seeks qualified contractors to convert a garage into a staff wellbeing room at Ynys Y Plant. The project includes insulation upgrades, new flooring and interior finishes, kitchenette installation, replacement of external doors and windows, electrical work (lighting and power), mechanical services modifications, and external improvements to access and drainage.
