    Brief

The Royal Borough of Greenwich is procuring a single contract to deliver high-quality youth services for children and young people aged 5-19 (up to 25 for those with SEND) across the borough. The successful provider will create innovative, accessible, and inclusive services that offer safe spaces, trusted support, and opportunities for personal development and wellbeing. Services will align with the Council's Children and Young People Plan and form part of the integrated NextGen Greenwich offer. The contract will run for an initial five-year period from 1 April 2027 to 31 March 2032, with a possible four-year extension to 31 March 2036 at the Council's discretion. This is a re-launch of a previously suspended tender that included pre-market engagement.
